1. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 11 am
2. A $300 refundable security deposit is required to hold the villa
3. The client is fully responsible for the property during the time of occupancy. All damages and breakages are the legal
responsibilities of the client. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due
to misuse will be charged to the client. A security deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory report from the
property managers.
